Aww sweet Bouldry family! I still get soooo excited to see these three every holiday season! its so fun to watch Mr. Weston grow from a little wee one to an independent little man every year! We hiked around a little pine forest in Cambria before watching the sun set over the ocean. Such a beautiful sight to behold. Thank you Megan, Josh & Weston for another great year!!
It's such an awesome thing to see your childhood BFF become a kick ass Mommy to two adorable little humans! As if Landon hadn't already stolen my heart Natay blesses my camera with sweet baby Akira! Baby cuddles and this in-home lifestyle was just what the doctor ordered to start my December photo sessions!
FAVORITE FAMILY ALERT! ok I probably say that about EVERY family I have the pleasure of working with BUT I also get to spend 5 days a week with this lovely Mama at my full-time job so i'm kinda biased :P The Mafnas Family is always soooo much fun to work with and little miss Rory has the most hilarious personality! I swear I could take pictures of these 4 all day everyday and be completely happy. :)
Gahhh I just can't with these two!! I decided that 2018 was going to be a new chapter for me. That I was going to take the year off from shooting weddings while I take some "me time" in the summer while I help my best friend prepare for her wedding.. but fate just wouldn't allow it! Beautiful miss Kaitlin and I were texting about locations to shoot her and her boyfriend Trevor's upcoming couple's photos when an amazing thing happened. Trevor proposed THAT DAY!! eeeek!! Even though Kaitlin knew I was planning on taking the 2018 wedding season off she knew I could not miss the opportunity of capturing her walking down the aisle! So- I present to you the only couple who will be gracing my 2018 weddings! And I couldn't be more excited!!
Feels like just yesterday that I was strolling the beach with Danny & Natasha snapping photos of Natasha's adorable baby bump while the two of them anxiously awaited Miss Selah's arrival! Here we are amongst the Fall leaves and I finally got to meet this adorable wee one! These three just melt my heart and I can't wait to watch as they grow together in love. :)
Hooray for daylight savings!! The Fall colors and early sunsets make for some killer photo sessions and The Espinoza family got to witness all of this beauty first hand! Pomar Junction Winery is always a favorite spot during this time of year for obvious reasons and I had a blast venturing through the vines with these three! :)
Sweet Stark Family- what a fun evening! I had the pleasure of working with Crystal at my full-time job a few years ago and had hoped to have the opportunity to get this family in front of my lens since! Now as Fall season approached i'd finally get my chance! We ventured around the Arroyo Grande village as the sun slowly set and I got to hear of the upcoming plans of this family's move to Texas! Although i'll be sad to see them go, I know they'll have a great adventure ahead of them. :) Safe travels guys!!
EEeeekk!! I can FINALLY cross a surprise proposal off of my photography bucket list thanks to Justin Kelly reaching out to me to help him on this incredible day! I won't lie- I was seriously shaking with excitement and nerves leading up to the big moment but boy was I ready to see it all unfold! Justin had briefed me on the plan leading up to the proposal: a friend's wine tasting trip to Pear Valley Vineyard, a nice stroll up to the top of this beautiful hill overlooking the vineyards/rolling hills and a very nervous fiance-to-be ready to get down on one knee and ask the woman he loves for her hand in marriage. OH and I can't forget Carly and Justin's FAMILY whom all secretly made the trip from Bakersfield to witness this beautiful moment! AHH! Could you cry yet? The weather was perfect, everyone was in place and gorgeous Miss Carly could not have been more surprised!! THANK YOU Justin (and his co conspirator Lindsay!!) for asking me to be a part of this magical day. Wishing you nothing but the best on your upcoming nuptials!!
Beautiful beautiful Evann.. this session has officially stolen my heart- I mean, how many people can make a maternity shoot look so dang chic?? Evann and I had talked about many different ideas for this amazing session and I was so happy to help bring her vision to life! The golden lit cacti, Evann's fantastic outfit choices.. I could go on for days! All of the small details made for such a fun afternoon with this stunning mama to be!
My oh My! What a way to end my 2017 wedding season!! Lynae & Nick are not only unfairly photogenic BUT they are some of the sweetest most fun loving people i've ever had the pleasure of working with! Beating the record breaking heat of North County by joining this beautiful family on the Coast! These 5 came together from all over the U.S to enjoy a family vacation right her on the Central Coast and i'm so humbled that Mallory found me and asked me to capture these sweet moments while they were here. :)
I had been anxious to photograph Edwin and Samantha's big day since I had the pleasure of getting them in front of my lens back in the beginning of the year for their San Simeon engagement session! The day had finally arrived and along with my excitement I had one of my best boss babe friends, Ashley Furtado (www.ashleyfurtadophotography.com) in tow to help photograph this special day. We packed up our gear, grabbed our to-go cups filled to the brim with coffee and set off to Solvang/Buellton.
Every single detail that went into creating Sam and Ed's breathtaking day was unique and perfect to the two of them, and Rancho San Antonio's venue set the most elegant mood to tie everything together. And as the sun set into the hills the sound of pure joy and laughter echoed through the barn as friends and family of the happy couple danced the night away.

I was so unbelievably smitten when my dear friend Melody Sparrow asked me to collaborate with her on a styled shoot for Joico! This crazy talented lady is not only a Joico instructor, but was a grand prize winner in the Joico Metallic Muse contest! What did that entail? That she got to choose whoever she wanted to help her style a shoot to show off all the awesome swag that Joico presented to her! EEEK! So.. I packed my bags and met up with an incredible team of stylists in Las Vegas to create what I can only describe as WOW WORTHY style goals. ;) Sure, we may have had to brave a sand storm and wind of epic proportions BUT- this shoot could not have gone any better. I can't wait to create more amazing shoots with these lovely ladies! xoxo

You guys! This beautiful glowing mama and I have been friends since the 4th grade! I have been so fortunate to be able to watch her and her beautiful family grow through the years- and now adding an adorable baby girl to the mix!
